Wilson Anchor Bolt Sleeves
Wilson Anchor Bolt Sleeves allow for the correct installation of equipment and structural bolts without risking removing misaligned bolts.
Deformed Bars
Deformed Bars (A1064 DBAs) are reinforcing bars made with a pattern of protruding ridges to produce a better bond between the bar and the concrete. Made from domestic metal, they can be cut to size or bent depending on your need.
Washers
Washers vary greatly in type. Here’s an overview of the types of washers we offer:
- DTI Load Indicator Washers come with a built-in gauge to measure the correct compression. Raised nibs or wax (squirter washers) on the washer flatten or squirt wax as the nut is tightened when the correct amount of tension has been reached. They’re also called ASTM 959s.
- Hillside Washers attach diagonal tie rods to structural members for load distribution. Their sloped shape allows for fastening at several angles, enabling quicker installation.
- Lock Washers or split washers are a special type that creates tension so that a nut does not loosen or easily come out of a tightened position. They are semi-coiled and gradually rise in their design.
- Structural Flat Washers (F436) provide a smooth bearing surface when tightened. The chemical, mechanical, and size requirements for hardened washers are ASTM-specified F436.
- USS Flat Washers are designed to meet most industrial and construction engineering requirements. USS Flat are slightly larger than F436 structural washers. Typically made from imported materials, Flat Washers come in Plain, Zinc, HDG, or SS.
- Plate Washers, which come in beveled, round, and square, are made to order with your specific material, thickness, and size required by your engineer. All of our Plate Washer types are of domestic material and are finished in Plain, Zinc, HDG, SS, or special coating to match your Anchor Bolt specifications.
Sag/Tie Rod Hardware
We stock all types and sizes of Clevis Pins, Clevises, Coupling Nuts, and Turnbuckles in several different material options. The Clevises, which connect sag or tie rods and hanger assemblies to structural steel or fabricated lugs, come in various sizes. Their material options are:
- C1035 steel
- ASTM A668 Class A
- 316 stainless steel
- ASTM A473 Designation A
Weld Studs and Shear Connectors
Weld Studs and Shear Connectors are used in a high-speed metal fastening process. A welding arc gun effortlessly applies our Weld Studs, which adhere to ASTM A 108 and A496 specifications, to any metal surface. Our Shear Connectors increase shear capacity or resistance to forces that cause a material’s inner structure to slide against itself, as related to concrete and metal. Domestic or imported materials are finished in:
- Plain
- Zinc
- HDG
- SS
