- Hardware: At Threadline, understanding our customers’ needs is our pride. - A325 Structural Bolts: Primarily used in Steel to Steel connections. We stock both hardened structural bolts and TC bolts, domestic and import. An A325 structural bolt is a high-strength, heavy hex-headed bolt made of medium carbon steel with specific mechanical properties. These bolts are commonly used in structural steel connections, such as bridges, buildings, and other heavy construction applications. A325 bolts are designed to provide a secure and reliable connection under high loads and are typically installed with a matching heavy hex nut and hardened washer. - Nuts: We stock hex and square shaped nuts, both import and domestic as well as multiple finishes and grades. Their widespread application includes machine and structural fastening across many industries.
- Washers: Essential for distributing a fastener’s load, these thin plates, used with bolts and other threaded fasteners, are disc-shaped and ubiquitous across all industries. They simplify the task of removing or loosening nuts. Primarily used in steel and wood construction, including marine and timber projects.
- Anchor Bolt Sleeves: These create a flexible space for accommodating multiple anchor bolt diameters, forming a grout pocket around the bolt for easy positioning. Commonly used in infrastructure, factory settings and precast industries.
- Deformed Bars: A1096 deformed bar is a type of fastening device used in construction, particularly in concrete structures. It consists of a steel bar with deformations or ribs along its length, designed to provide better adhesion and mechanical interlock with the surrounding concrete. These anchors are used to secure items such as steel plates, beams, or other structural elements to concrete, providing enhanced holding power, especially in applications where substantial load-bearing forces or shear tension are present.
